BRPTO updates Examination Procedures for Certificates of Addition of Invention

Today, December 3, 2024, BRPTO's Official Gazette #2813 published Ordinance #24, of October 22, 2024, regarding the examination procedures for certificates of addition of invention.

The Ordinance offers more detailed procedures for the examiners to follow, which is expected to promote the standardization of technical reports.
