Thaís Farah has been an attorney at Licks Attorney’s Rio de Janeiro office since 2025. Her practice is focused on Intellectual Property Law with strong expertise in patent and trademark prosecution, nullity actions, infringement disputes, and unfair competition matters. With a career dedicated to the strategic protection and enforcement of IP rights, Ms. Farah also handles domain names and copyright disputes and supports the negotiation of licensing and coexistence agreements.

Before joining Licks Attorneys, Ms. Farah built a solid foundation working in leading law firms specialized in Intellectual Property Law, where she managed complex administrative and judicial proceedings before the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office and Federal Courts.

Thaís holds a law degree from the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ), one of Brazil’s most prestigious universities, and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Civil Procedure Law at Cândido Mendes University.
