+ Representative Cases
  • Ms. Barutti represented a major German healthcare equipment firm, advocating for its directors and professionals in cases related to equipment malfunction during use. Through her diligent efforts, the National Health Surveillance Agency delivered favorable results, leading to the dismissal of the case. Notably, she provided significant defense for hospital directors in administrative proceedings at a major North American healthcare corporation, resulting in the dismissal of many cases. In addition, she served as defense counsel for a former business partner entangled in a dispute over unfair competition, representing them in both Civil and Labor Courts. Thanks to her effective representation, the case was resolved without either party suffering any economic loss. She also acted on behalf of a philanthropic organization and successfully overturned its conviction, which had initially mandated the return of over BRL 44 million to the public coffers.
