Eduardo Aquino has been an attorney at law at Licks Attorneys’ Rio de Janeiro office since 2024. Before joining Licks, Mr. Aquino accumulated experience as an attorney at law in other offices and independently. His practice focuses on complex regulatory disputes (both judicial and administrative) and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Aquino has extensive experience in regulatory law, especially in assisting pharmaceutical companies with legal advice and administrative proceedings before the Brazilian FDA (ANVISA), as well as issues related to intellectual property.
