German portal JUVE Patent published today an article covering the legal victory of the Brazilian company Silimed Indústria de Implantes against its German competitor, Polytech, in the German Supreme Court, in a dispute over a manufacturing process for breast implants. Rob Rodrigues Pinho and Karlo Fonseca Tinoco were both highlighted for coordinating the multijurisdiction strategy in across-border patent litigation on behalf of Silimed.
