Jessica Magier joined Licks Attorneys’ Rio de Janeiro office as a paralegal in 2018 and became an attorney at law in 2021. Ms. Magier’s practice has been focusing on complex disputes in intellectual property law, including patent infringement, unfair competition and licensing negotiations concerning the telecommunication and pharmaceutical industries.
