Silvia Boechat has more than 17 years of professional experience in Intellectual Property, during which she has acquired vast knowledge of IP laws and rules in force, specializing in the prosecution of patents, utility models, and industrial designs. Besides being a prosecution expert, Ms. Boechat also has experience in FTO investigations and analysis of patentability.
