COMBA TELECOM wins major patent infringement case in Brazil

COMBA TELECOM, a leading global supplier of wireless products and solutions, has won the patent infringement lawsuit filed by ANDREW LLC in Brazil. COMBA was victorious before trial court and at the appellate court; all instances found that COMBA´s products do not infringe the multiple patents asserted by ANDREW. The decision by the 1st Business Chamber of the São Paulo Court of Appeals has recently become unapplealabe and the case is now over. COMBA was represented by LICKS ADVOGADOS”.
