The BRPTO restores terms for applicants and legal representatives in the state of Rio Grande do Sul due to floods
This Monday, May 6, the BRPTO issued a Notice stating that it will restore, until November 1, 2024, the terms expired between April 24 and October 28 of this year for applicants and legal representatives residing in the state of Rio Grande do Sul (RS), Brazil who were affected by floods caused by recent heavy rainfall. The term restoration is regulated by BRPTO's Ordinance #19/2024 and is based on Decree #57,596/2024 of the RS state government, declaring a state of public calamity for 180 days.
