André Lamin joined Licks Attorneys’ São Paulo office as an attorney at law in 2026. Since 2011, Mr. Lamin has worked in strategic litigation, developing extensive experience in complex civil and business disputes across sectors such as banking, real estate, healthcare, infrastructure, and consumer relations. Before focusing on intellectual property, he spent
several years in leading procedural-law firms, handling high-risk cases and developing innovative litigation strategies for matters involving substantial financial exposure or precedent-setting legal issues.
Since 2021, André Lamin has dedicated his practice to complex intellectual property litigation. He represents clients in high-stakes disputes involving patents, trade secrets, unfair competition, trademarks, and anticounterfeiting measures. His work includes managing complex litigation portfolios, leading teams of attorneys at law and specialists, coordinating
multidisciplinary technical expert opinions in fields such as mechanics, pharmaceuticals, chemistry, electronics, and telecom, and engaging directly with trial and appellate courts.
Mr. Lamin participates in professional committees related to Intellectual Property and has published on topics such as parasitism in intellectual property. His background in both litigation strategy and academic research allows him to approach disputes with analytical depth, creativity, and a strong, business-oriented perspective.
