Élcio Lacerda has been an attorney at law at Licks Attorneys’ Rio de Janeiro office since 2026. Mr. Lacerda has solid experience in complex IP and civil litigation before state, federal, and Higher Courts, primarily involving unfair competition disputes as well as patent, trademark, trade dress, and copyright matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lacerda built his career at a leading industrial property law firm in Latin America, where he worked as both an intern and an attorney from 2022 to 2025.
