Fernanda Andrade joined Licks Attorneys’ São Paulo office as a legal intern in 2021 and became an attorney at law in 2023. Her practice primarily focuses on plant variety protection, regulatory affairs, intellectual property, and life sciences litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Andrade gained experience in civil law through an internship at a prominent Brazilian law firm and further developed her litigation skills during her internship at the São Paulo Court of Appeals.
