Fernando Marino joined Licks Attorneys’ São Paulo office as a paralegal in 2018 dealing with regulatory and intellectual property matters. Mr. Marino became an attorney at law in 2022, focusing his practice on complex IP, regulatory life sciences, and litigation. Fernando also has experience with contracts and compliance matters, having participated in negotiations, preparation, and analysis of drafts and corporate documents, as well as practiced non-litigious aspects of compliance, anti-bribery, anticorruption, and corporate law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Marino was an intern at prominent Brazilian law firms, practicing litigation aspects of civil law.
