Gisela de Lamare has been an Attorney at Law with Licks Attorneys’ Rio de Janeiro office since 2024. Ms. de Lamare’s practice primarily focuses on patent, intellectual property, and data protection litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. de Lamare worked in data protection matters at a prominent Brazilian law firm, with particular focus on daily demands regarding compliance measures, drafting action plans and compliance documents, and assessing risks. She also has experience in a wide range of intellectual property matters with an emphasis in legal advice on copyrights, trademarks, and contracts.
