Isabella Silva joined Licks Attorneys’ São Paulo office in 2018, as a paralegal on the monitoring team where she developed solid
experience in the management and tracking of procedural publications nationwide. Ms. Silva became a full-time attorney at law in 2024, focusing on Legal Controllership and Operations, particularly within the field of Intellectual Property.

With a background focused on the strategic organization of legal workflows and the management of deadlines and information, Ms. Silva previously gained experience in notarial law while working as a notary office assistant, which helped refine her technical precision and attention to formal details.

Ms. Silva currently plays a pivotal role in coordinating the monitoring team in São Paulo, where she is responsible for organizing and supervising operational routines, assigning tasks, reviewing communications, and conducting procedural research across Brazilian courts. Her work is defined by the implementation of methods that ensure predictability, consistency, and reliability in tracking case developments and filing new lawsuits, thereby directly supporting the attorneys’ strategic decision-making.
