Letícia Albuquerque joined Licks Attorneys’ Rio de Janeiro office as a legal intern in 2020. Following her internship, she became an attorney at a Brazilian law firm specializing in Intellectual Property, where she provided counsel on the field, as well as on complex disputes involving patents, industrial design, trademarks, copyright, and unfair competition. Ms. Albuquerque returned to Licks Attorneys in 2024, focusing her practice on intellectual property, including licensing negotiations and patent litigation in the telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and mechanical industries.
