Luiz Felipe Coelho has been a consultant at Licks Attorneys’ Rio de Janeiro office since 2026. Mr. Coelho has extensive experience in wireless communication systems research, collaborating with international research groups to develop technologies for the physical layer of future networks. He supports the patent team with his expertise in digital signal
processing for wireless communications.
Mr. Coelho holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from COPPE/UFRJ and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from UERJ. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D./D.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from COPPE/UFRJ and CNAM under a cotutelle between the two institutions.
