Raphael Duric Lopes de Souza joined Licks Attorneys’ Rio de Janeiro office as an Attorney at Law in 2024. Prior to joining Licks, Mr. Souza worked as legal intern and attorney at Brazilian law at law firms, acting in complex intellectual property cases, including administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (BRPTO), matters related unfair competition, and contracts. Mr. Souza also has experience in advising clients on various aspects of intellectual property.
