Raphael Duric joined Licks Attorneys’ Rio de Janeiro office as an attorney at law in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Duric worked as legal intern and as an attorney at Brazilian law firms, acting in complex intellectual property matters. His experience includes administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (BRPTO), unfair competition, and contract-related issues. Mr. Duric also has experience advising clients on various aspects of intellectual property.
