O site "Conjur” publicou a reportagem “STF julga amanhã ação que pede fim de extensão de Patentes”, que trata da Ação Direta de Inconstitucionalidade que tenta anular o parágrafo único do artigo 40 da Lei de Propriedade Industrial e, com ele, mais de 30 mil patentes em vigor.
