Last week, IPBC China made a grand return at the Four Seasons hotel in Shenzhen for its first-ever two-day edition. Delegates from across the country and beyond gathered in what has become China’s innovation capital to discuss the community’s most pressing issues.
From fresh guidance on enforcing patents overseas, to the Chinese patent quality debate, and the up-and-coming Brazilian smartphone market, the topics discussed – on stage and off – were vast. But five key issues stood out.
