Felipe Oquendo, partner, will join the LIDC Congress 2026, held on October 15–18 in Bucharest, Romania. Mr. Oquendo will moderate the panel “Standard Essential Patents and Judicial Overreach: Towards Balanced Global Solutions.” The congress will bring together more than 200 participants to discuss current issues in competition law and intellectual property, including digital markets, merger control, foreign investment, copyright, and standard-essential patents (SEPs).
