Alexandre Dalmasso, partner, will deliver a talk at the Brazilian Chamber of Japanese Industry and Commerce on October 21 titled “Psychosocial Risks Under NR-1 and Mental Health Management.”
 

In his talk, Mr. Dalmasso will discuss the impact of the recent update to NR-1, which now requires the identification, recording, and prevention of psychosocial risks within the Risk Management Program (RMP). Open to members of the Chamber, the session will also highlight the key challenges of complying with the new regulatory requirements, as well as with strategies to strengthen mental health management in the workplace, mitigating legal, financial, and reputational risks through a culture of prevention.
