Ellen Costa joined Licks Attorneys as an attorney in 2023 and is currently an associate at our São Paulo office. Ms. Costa focuses her practice on contractual matters regarding civil law and data protection, counseling, enforcement on regulatory matters such as patents, unfair competition and related matters. Prior to joining the firm, she also gained experience as an attorney at a prominent Brazilian law firm, working with contracts in capital markets negotiations and criminal law. As an attorney at Licks Attorneys, Ms. Costa currently works with contracts focusing on complex agreements and counseling regarding foreign clients.
