Sarah Ladeira Lucas has been an attorney at law with Licks Attorneys’ São Paulo office since 2022. Mrs. Lucas’ practice has focused on public tenders, administrative contracts, public works, partnerships between private corporations and state-owned companies, privatization, and disputes arising therefrom, both in Courts and on the administrative level. Mrs. Lucas has extensive experience in modeling concessions and public-private partnerships (PPP) projects and assisting clients on regulatory issues related to roadways, airports, ports and railroads, basic sanitation, telecommunications, among other sectors.
