Daniel Menegucci Pereira joined Licks Attorneys’ São Paulo office as a legal intern in 2024 and became an attorney at law in 2026. His practice focuses on complex disputes involving infringement and invalidity of intellectual property rights, as well as unfair competition cases, particularly in the agribusiness, life sciences, and mechanical technologies fields.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Menegucci Pereira gained experience in corporate law, with a particular focus on corporate restructuring. He graduated from the University of São Paulo (USP) Law School, presenting a where he completed a thesis work on Standard Essential Patents (SEPs).
