Gabriel Keller joined Licks Attorneys as a partner in 2026. Prior to becoming a partner, Mr. Keller worked as a paralegal in 2017 and as an attorney at Licks Attorneys from 2019 to 2024. During that time, his practice focused on complex litigation and advisory work on patent infringement and invalidity disputes, as well as industrial designs, unfair competition, and trademarks cases.


Between 2024 and 2025, Mr. Keller served as a law clerk to the Vice-Presidency of the Federal Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit (TRF-2), assisting the Vice President of the Court with appeals to the Brazilian Superior Court of Justice (STJ) and the Federal Supreme Court (STF).


Mr. Keller is a published author of book chapters, articles and a book on patent law, which resulted from his Master’s Degree (2023) in Business Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). His book is exclusively dedicated to study of the person skilled in the art under Brazilian patent law.


Since 2025, Mr. Keller has also served as an attorney for the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES).
