João Gabriel Pisani has been an attorney at law at Licks Attorneys’ Rio de Janeiro office since 2026, having joined the office in 2023 as a legal intern and later as a paralegal. Mr. Pisani’s practice focuses on complex disputes in intellectual property law, including patent and trademark infringement and nullity proceedings, unfair competition, and licensing negotiations in the telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries. In addition, Mr. Pisani trained as an Environmental Chemistry Technician at the Federal Institute of Rio de Janeiro (IFRJ) and is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCCRIM).
