Lívia Maldi joined Licks Attorneys’ São Paulo office as a legal intern in 2024 and became an attorney at law in 2026. Her practice focuses on complex disputes involving infringement and invalidity of intellectual property, as well as unfair competition cases, particularly related to agribusiness, life sciences, and mechanical technologies.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Maldi gained experience in prominent Brazilian law firms in civil litigation and trademark law, advising clients and handling complex disputes involving patents, industrial designs, trademarks, copyright, and unfair competition.
