Paula Carvalho is an Attorney at Law at Licks Attorneys’s Rio de Janeiro office, joining in 2020. Paula’s practice area has been focusing on administrative litigation and legal advice. Her experience includes advising clients in regulatory and external control matters, government tender consultations and proceedings and government contracts. Prior to joining Licks Attorneys, Paula gained experience as an associate attorney at a prominent Brazilian law firm specialized in public law.
