Frederico Ferreira is a mechanical engineer and patent specialist who joined Licks Attorneys’ Rio de Janeiro office in 2020. His practice focuses on prosecution of utility patents, utility models, and industrial designs. He analyses written opinions issued by the BRPTO and provides clients with optimal strategies to respond to said written opinions. Mr. Ferreira has vast knowledge of the Brazilian Patent Statue as well as official BRPTO’s ordinances, normative instructions, and examination guidelines.
