Priscila Moreira Figueiredo is a patent specialist at Licks Attorneys’ São Paulo office since 2019. Prior to joining Licks, Priscila worked for five years at a prominent law firm where she handled the patent portfolio of large multinational companies. Ms. Figueiredo´s practice has been focusing on patent prosecution and IP technical consulting, such as opinions on the patentability, validity, patent infringement and freedom-to-operate involving technologies in the areas of Chemistry, Pharmaceutics and Biotechnology, as well as patent application drafting. In addition, Priscila provides technical assistance in lawsuits involving patent and patent applications.
