Thayana Berti joined Licks Attorneys’ Rio de Janeiro office as an attorney at law in 2016. Her practice focuses on intellectual property matters, including the preparation and prosecution of patent and industrial design applications in Brazil. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Berti has gained experience as an attorney at a prominent Brazilian law firm conducting administrative proceedings before the BRPTO, including the preparation and registration of trademarks and contracts involving intellectual property assets, franchises, technology transfer, licensing of intellectual property rights, trademarks, and trademark infringement.
