• Represented bankers and board members in investigations regarding the breach of fiduciary duties and/or violations of the Brazilian Securities' Act, conducted before the Brazilian Capital Market Authority;
• Represented shareholders and directors in derivative lawsuits, as plaintiffs or as respondents.
