Victoria Garcia joined Licks Attorneys’ Rio de Janeiro Office as a legal intern and became an attorney at law in 2022. Prior to joining Licks, Ms. Garcia worked as a legal intern at a boutique law firm, acting in tax law area for major oil and gas companies. Currently, her practice focuses on complex disputes in intellectual property law, including patent litigation, licensing negotiations and unfair competition involving the telecommunication and pharmaceutical industries.
