Twenty Years of the Brazilian IP Statute Seminar

Licks Attorneys’ partner and retired Federal Appellate Judge Liliane Roriz will speak on the topic of 20 years past the enactment of the new Brazilian Intellectual Property Statute (Statute #9,279/1996) during the second discussion panel on the ‘Twenty Years of the Brazilian IP Statute.’ The discussion will take place on June 3, 2016, from 9 am-6:30 pm, at the hall of the Federal Appellate Court for the 2nd Circuit (TRF2) at Rua do Acre, 80, Praça Mauá, Rio de Janeiro, RJ. The seminar, which is held by the Federal Appellate Judges’ School for the 2nd Circuit – EMARF, is intended for judges, members of the Prosecutor’s Office, attorneys, IP agents, civil servants, interns and additional stakeholders.
