Hon. Liliane Roriz, partner of Licks Attorneys and former Federal Judge, will be co-coordinating the “Curso Avançado de Tratados Internacionais” (advanced course of international treaties), promoted by the Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property Agents -ABAPI. The course will take place in Rio de Janeiro from March 30 to June 17. Otto Licks and Rodrigo Souto Maior, partners of the firm, were invited to share their knowledge with the students. On April 29, Otto will give a lesson about the protection of confidential information in accordance with the TRIPS AGREEMENT. Rodrigo will speak on May 4 about patents under the TRIPS AGREEMENT.
