Public consultation on technical note BRPTO/CPAPD #01/2022 – examination of transgenic plants inventions – particularly, elite events - is now open
Starting from today's publication, interested parties will have 30 (thirty) days, i.e., until July 1st, 2022, to submit comments on the technical note BRPTO/CPAPD #01/2022, before the BRPTO.
As mentioned in our previous client alert, the applicability of the aforementioned technical note, notably in ongoing administrative processes, is suspended until the closing of the Public Consultation.
