João Vitor Esteves has been an Attorney at Law at Licks Attorneys’ Rio de Janeiro office since 2023, who joined our team in 2021 as a legal intern and a paralegal.

Mr. Esteves has experience with complex litigation in intellectual property law, including patent infringement, unfair competition and patent validity, specifically concerning the telecommunication and pharmaceutical industries. Mr. Esteves also has experience dealing with treaties and international agreements on intellectual property rights.
