That is, apparently there was only regulation approved in Congress, after the country faced a national emergency, because of the pandemic that was expanding and causing deaths and sequelae wherever it arrived, forcing social isolation. In fact, social isolation was the driving force for services, such as those resulting from the use of telemedicine.
