A Resolução ANPD nº 19, publicada pela Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD) em agosto de 2024, trouxe novas regras para a transferência internacional de dados, um tema crítico no contexto da proteção de dados no Brasil e no mundo. Posteriormente a essa regulamentação, a ANPD lançou uma página em seu portal oficial dedicada a fornecer informações claras e detalhadas sobre os mecanismos de transferência internacional de dados. Essa nova página representa um passo importante na busca pela transparência e na adequação do Brasil às práticas internacionais de proteção de dados, especialmente em comparação com a União Europeia e sua regulamentação de privacidade, a GDPR.
